These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (and, if applicable, the child on whose behalf you are agreeing) and Alpha World. By using Alpha World you accept them in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
1. Introduction
This website, the Alpha World applications, the Parent App and any related online or offline services (collectively, the “Services”) are owned and operated by Alpha World(hereinafter, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Studio”).
We offer the Services, including all information, tools, products and content available through them, subject to your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here (collectively, the “Terms”).

2. Applicability and updates
- By visiting the website, downloading any of our applications, or accessing features, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms together with any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or made available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
- These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including users who are browsers, parents, legal guardians and child end-users (acting through a parent or legal guardian).
- By using the Services, you represent that (i) you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or, if a minor, that a parent or legal guardian is doing so on your behalf), (ii) you are not a person barred from receiving products or services under applicable law and (iii) all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
3. Eligibility and account registration
3.1 Age requirements and parental consent
- Alpha World is designed for users typically aged 5 to 15 and for the parents or legal guardians of such users.
- If the user is under 13 (or under such other age as the applicable law of their country requires for digital consent), a parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent before the account becomes active. We obtain this consent through the Parent App or through a signed email-link, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the conduct of, and any use of the Services by, any child under their care.
3.2 Account creation and security
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Promptly update your account information as it changes.
- Keep your password and any PIN confidential and not share them with any other person.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.
4. Terms of usage
You are prohibited from using the Services or their content:
- For any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
- To violate any international, federal, state or local laws, regulations or rules.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate against any person.
- To submit false or misleading information, including a false age.
- To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to disrupt or interfere with the Services.
- To collect or track the personal information of others, or to crawl or scrape any data from the Services.
5. Description of the Services
The Services may include, without limitation:
- The Alpha World “My Alpha Base” dashboard and mini-app shelf.
- Educational, creative, social and entertainment mini-apps such as Solo Study, Virtual Pets, Personal Space, Games, School, Reading, Calendar, and Gallery.
- A dedicated Parent App that provides parental controls, consent management, usage reports and purchase approval.
- A virtual energy-point system in which energy is earned through positive learning activities.
6. Purchases, in-app billing and energy
6.1 Energy is a virtual item
Energy points are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access digital features within the Services. They are not money, are not redeemable for cash and have no value outside the Services.
6.2 Payment processing & Parental Approval
All payments are processed through certified third-party payment gateways. All purchases require explicit approval by the linked parent or legal guardian. We do not store complete payment-card details on our servers.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, the “Alpha World” name and logo, and all related software, designs, graphics, characters, anime-style avatars, virtual pet designs, sounds, content, structure, organization and code, are the intellectual property of Alpha World or our licensors.
8. Disclaimer of warranties & Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHA WORLD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
